Since 1988, MTS Services has been working closely with customers to provide quality installations and services to support information communication technology (ICT). ICT cover the spectrum of voice and data technologies. We embrace a collaborative process as we ask questions, listen, and deliver proven solutions.

Serving a Wide Range of Industries and Markets

Through our locations in New England and the Carolinas we service a wide range of industries, including healthcare, corporate, education, high tech, data centers, federal and military, and warehouse and industrial. Our projects include new construction, fit-ups, and network infrastructure and technology upgrades. We also perform work in numerous other states across the U.S. for our multi-location clients.

    Tom Banks, Chief Executive Officer, is founder and co-owner of MTS Services. Tom oversees all technical aspects of the business, including major project management, design, estimating, staff development, safety, and quality assurance. Each year Tom organizes and sponsors the Flounder Fishing Tournament, raising thousands of dollars for the Carousel Center for Abused Children in Wilmington, NC.

    Judy Bergeron is President and co-owner of MTS Services. Entrepreneur, visionary, and philanthropist, she oversees day-to-day operations, finance, and strategic planning, as well as marketing and business development. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Judy is an energetic champion for several charitable causes. She is a member of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of New Hampshire (EFNH) and serves on their advisory board. EFNH strives to tap into the energy and resources of entrepreneurs, making philanthropy part of the DNA of doing business in New Hampshire. She is also a board member for Court Appointed Special Advocates, NH and is vice chair of the Olin College External Technology Advisory Board.

    Craig Gilroy, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer for the company and brings more than 20 years of professional experience in working with Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, and pre-IPO companies. He received his BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University in New York and his master's degree in International Finance from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Craig manages the finances for all MTS Services office locations and oversees IT, accounting, and administration.

    Mike Curran, Vice President of Operations, oversees all technical operations for the company including project management, estimating and installations.  Mike joined MTS Services as a Senior Project Manager in 2012, and also served as the Division Manager for our New England operations until being promoted to Vice President in 2015.  Mike obtained his RCDD in 2001 and brings more than 20 years of telecommunications and structured cable experience.
